This came right on time. Sometimes I feel like I should stop making duas and what Im going through is a permanent part of my test and life. I know dua changes destiny however these beliefs make me stop makind duas. Pls remember me in your duas : i have my University exams going on. I hope i can pass them and get my degree soon. I also have high anxiety which is the cause of my insomnia pls pray that Allah makes it easy for me. My duas for everyone and may Allah by his mercy enter us in Jannah with ease. ❤❤

Subhanallah, the secret of not complaining to anyone, being linked to your dua has stood out to me. I recently was faced with hardship, and not only did this hardship bring me back to Allah but I was so vulnerable, cried and called out to Allah like no other time in my life. During this time I made plenty of dua, & I just had this feeling to not tell anyone about what I was facing until time had lapsed and I was mentally ready to accept it and move on. For me my greatest gift was Allah bringing me back to him and leading my heart to listen to these lectures nearly everyday which is new journey for me❤. Any other dua being answered is a bonus. وعليكم السلام ورحمة الله وبركاته فطلب المسلم الدعاء من أخيه المسلم جائز باجماع العلماء كما قال الإمام النووي وغيره، لكثرة الأدلة من القران والسنة على ذلك مثلاً إخوة يوسف : ( قَالُوا يَا أَبَانَا اسْتَغْفِرْ لَنَا ذُنُوبَنَا إِنَّا كُنَّا خَاطِئِينَ ) وغيرها من الأحاديث والروايات. فإذاً لا يعتبر طلب الدعاء من الوسيلة المحرمة في الإسلام. جزاك الله خيرا فان هذه المسألة غابت عني ان اذكرها في المحاضرة.
Wa alaikumussalam, I have answered your question in Arabic. Yes, it is permissible for a Muslim to ask their fellow Muslim to make Du’a for them and it is not considered a forbidden form. This is unanimously agreed upon by the scholars as Imam and-Nawawi has concluded. This is because of numerous evidence from the Quran and Sunnah, such the children of Ya’qub asking their father to ask Allah to forgive them (Surat Yusuf), and other evidence states in Hadiths and narrations about the companions asking each other to do so when they went to hajj for example. Thank you for asking this question as this was the part I forgot to mention in my lecture.

Recite istighfar (Astaghfirullah, Rabbighfirlee etc.) , salawat upon prophet Muhammad SAW, and Laa hawla walaa quwwata illa billah in abundance throughout the day . And any other dhikr.
This came right on time. Sometimes I feel like I should stop making duas and what Im going through is a permanent part of my test and life. I know dua changes destiny however these beliefs make me stop makind duas. Pls remember me in your duas : i have my University exams going on. I hope i can pass them and get my degree soon.
I also have high anxiety which is the cause of my insomnia pls pray that Allah makes it easy for me.

Subhanallah, the secret of not complaining to anyone, being linked to your dua has stood out to me. I recently was faced with hardship, and not only did this hardship bring me back to Allah but I was so vulnerable, cried and called out to Allah like no other time in my life. During this time I made plenty of dua, & I just had this feeling to not tell anyone about what I was facing until time had lapsed and I was mentally ready to accept it and move on. For me my greatest gift was Allah bringing me back to him and leading my heart to listen to these lectures nearly everyday which is new journey for me❤. Any other dua being answered is a bonus. This lecture has just increased my gratitude & directed me even further on how to strengthen my dua’s. فطلب المسلم الدعاء من أخيه المسلم جائز باجماع العلماء كما قال الإمام النووي وغيره، لكثرة الأدلة من القران والسنة على ذلك مثلاً إخوة يوسف : ( قَالُوا يَا أَبَانَا اسْتَغْفِرْ لَنَا ذُنُوبَنَا إِنَّا كُنَّا خَاطِئِينَ ) وغيرها من الأحاديث والروايات. فإذاً لا يعتبر طلب الدعاء من الوسيلة المحرمة في الإسلام. جزاك الله خيرا فان هذه المسألة غابت عني ان اذكرها في المحاضرة.

Wa alaikumussalam, I have answered your question in Arabic. Yes, it is permissible for a Muslim to ask their fellow Muslim to make Du’a for them and it is not considered a forbidden form. This is unanimously agreed upon by the scholars as Imam and-Nawawi has concluded. This is because of numerous evidence from the Quran and Sunnah, such the children of Ya’qub asking their father to ask Allah to forgive them (Surat Yusuf), and other evidence states in Hadiths and narrations about the companions asking each other to do so when they went to hajj for example. Thank you for asking this question as this was the part I forgot to mention in my lecture.
